Herman Cain clearly indicates he hasn’t the foggiest idea of what went down in Libya. Especially at the beginning, his response is akin to when a child has to recite something from memory or answer a test question verbally and, having not studied at all, they try to coerce the teacher into verifying that they’re heading in the right direction.
As the source for this video put it, “This is not a man who has any business polling as high as he does in the presidential race. This is a man who has no business polling at .0001 percent.” Indeed, his inability to give an informed, on-topic answer is probably matched only by Sarah Palin’s debate performances in 2008.
Well, and Santorum on foreign policy.
