Pretty sure Rand is the one on the left with Blonde hair, not the one who looks like Screech
Nope. I thought so too, but I looked it up and he’s the third son. There are five Paul children total, and I believe two are girls. This means that one of the girls is either not born yet or missing from this picture, and the curly-haired one, the third boy, is Rand.
UPDATE 2: Wikipedia has the listing of children in an order which would make him the blond kid. But WaPo and presidential historian Doug Weed (the two links above) both bill him as the “third son,” not third child. So does anyone have the final word on this? I confess I am not this much of an expert on the Paul dynasty.
