Artists as in painting and sculpting and such? Well, sadly, most of the names and terms I so carefully memorized in my art history course have managed to escape me. But typically I like more modern, abstract stuff. Like Josef Albers’ Homage to the Square, Mondrian, or stuff like this:
I also like some impressionist and abstract impressionist stuff, however.
In architecture, my taste tends to run toward large, drafty, old houses with big porches, arts and crafts cottages (also with big porches), or very modern constructions (again, with big porches. I like porches a lot).
